Founder and Chairman of Sazeh Construction Consortium, Engineer Mohammad Yaghoub-Ali-Zadeh Tarshizi, is one of the prominent figures in the country's construction and civil engineering industry, with valuable experience in managing major national and strategic projects. Before establishing this organization, he held several key positions in important national institutions, including: Deputy Minister of Roads and Head of the Islamic Republic of Iran Railways, Deputy Minister in the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Head of the Housing and Development Organization of the Mostazafan Foundation, and CEO of Iran Aircraft Manufacturing Company (HESA).
